He has particular expertise in lease negotiations, property development and due diligence. Daniel joined Wairarapa Property Consultants in 2011, having previously been involved with commercial property in Wellington, and became a Director in 2019. Daniel provides practical and timely advice based on being involved with the majority of the region's commercial and development transactions.

He has expertise in governance, strategic planning, farm succession, finance proposals, business analysis, and budgeting. This expertise is centred around understanding business and helping people. Geordie joined Wairarapa Property Consultants in 2015 following a 14-year rural banking career and became a Director in 2019. With more than 20 years in the industry, Geordie can draw on first hand experience to support you with your rural business aspirations.

Richard’s primary areas of valuation expertise include: sheep and beef, dairy, arable, viticulture, plus lifestyle and rural development markets. He has particular expertise in farm lease consultancy and management, having an active role within numerous farm leases around the Wairarapa. Richard joined Wairarapa Property Consultants in 2015 and became a Director in 2019. Richard prides himself on delivering timely well researched advice to meet his clients' specific and unique needs.

He is an expert at business analysis and mentoring, deal structuring and securing finance outcomes. He is well practiced in valuation, business governance, and strategic analysis of growth opportunities. His expertise across a range of areas combined with his background in rural banking allows him to provide trustworthy advice.

He is currently working towards registration under the supervision of the WPC team. With a strong focus on the Residential and Lifestyle property market, Mike also brings valuable knowledge of the rural sector in the Wairarapa and surrounding areas.

Amelie Seubert

E. amelie@wpcltd.co.nzAmelie joined the WPC team as an Agribusiness Analyst in March 2024 after graduating from Massey University with a Bachelor in Finance and Agribusiness.
Prior to that she worked on a sheep and beef as well as dairy farm in the Wairarapa where she has gained hands on experience and developed a passion for the farming industry.
Amelie is looking forward to developing her knowledge base and immersing herself further in the industry.

Natalie Samson
URBAN ANALYST
E. natalie@wpcltd.co.nzNatalie joined the WPC team in 2024 following a career in accounting and banking in Auckland and Wellington and moved to the Wairarapa in late 2023.
Natalie has a keen interest in property and will be providing assistance to the commercial and residential valuers with property inspections, research, updating valuation reports and database entries.
